Listicle as a Cartoon Reel
A listicle cartoon reel gives one item per beat. Three items is a reel. Eight items is a post.

Turn a listicle into a cartoon reel by giving each item its own beat and stopping at three. A list of eight becomes a blur. Each item needs a picture and a few words. The title says it is a list. The beats are the list. Do not also read a preamble.
Three is the count
Viewers can repeat three items. They cannot repeat eight from a 20-second reel. If you have eight, you have a blog post and three reels.
Same shape every item
Object, then the reason, same layout. A list that changes style per item looks like three unrelated tips stuck together.
The title carries the number
"Three ways the opening fails" sets the expectation. Do not spend a beat saying "here are three things" after the title already said it.
A worked example
Title: "Three silent fails." 1. Title in the button zone. 2. Logo instead of a point. 3. Breath before the first word. Each is one doodle. Ask: "Fix the first one today."
Before you post
- Only three items.
- Each item has its own picture.
- You did not add an intro beat.
Where Scro fits
Scro can storyboard a list as one item per beat on a whiteboard or paper-cutout. Approve the three stills, title the opening, export 9:16.
Draw three items. Finished samples are on the examples page.
