Explainer Reel from Meeting Notes
Turn meeting notes into an explainer by extracting one decision. The rest of the notes stay in the doc.

Make an explainer reel from meeting notes by finding the one decision someone absent should remember. Notes are a pile. A reel is a sentence. If the meeting produced three decisions, you have three reels or one reel and a written recap. Do not narrate the agenda.
Circle one line
The line has to be a decision, not a topic. "Talked about pricing" is a topic. "We will show one price" is a decision you can draw.
Draw the before and after
What people did before the decision, and what they do now. Those two pictures are the reel. The discussion that got you there is not.
Say who must act
The ask names the role: the person on the door, the person posting, the person invoicing. "The team" is not an ask.
A worked example
Notes mention a long debate. The circled line is "no rush fees." Reel: a squeezed-in booking, then a normal queue, then "Say no at noon." The debate stays in the doc.
Before you post
- You circled a decision.
- The debate is not in the reel.
- The ask names a role.
Where Scro fits
Scro turns that one decision into four explainer beats. Approve the stills so the before and after are clear, then export 9:16 for the people who were not in the room.
Pull one decision. Finished samples are on the examples page.
