Post One Reel to Three Apps
Post one reel to Reels, TikTok, and Shorts by exporting a 9:16 file with the words already burned in. Change the caption, not the picture.

Post one reel to Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts from a single 9:16 export. Burn the title and captions into the file so they survive each app. Do not rely on stickers. Write a fresh first caption line if the local search phrase differs. Do not re-edit the picture unless a claim is wrong somewhere.
Words in the pixels
Auto-captions will guess differently on each app, especially on Cantonese. If the price is in your burned-in line, it stays the price you checked.
Safe zone for all three
Keep type in the upper-middle. Each app covers a different corner. A handle in the corner is not the title.
Native upload
Upload the file. Do not film your screen. Compression on a screen recording makes the title you just set blurry.
A worked example
One 22-second explainer, title burned in. Reels caption uses the English phrase. A Cantonese caption line is used where that is the search. The picture is untouched.
Before you post
- Captions are burned in.
- Type sits in the upper-middle.
- You uploaded the file, not a screen recording.
Where Scro fits
Scro exports that 9:16 file with the opening title and captions in the edit. You post it three times. Approve the stills once, not once per app.
Export once, post three times. Finished samples are on the examples page.
