Keep the same AI host face every week so the account becomes a person. Lock one reference still. Every new reel starts from it. You may change clothes and the line. You may not "try a fresher face" on Friday and expect followers to recognise Monday.
Compare before you render
Put Friday's still next to Monday's. Eyes, jaw, ear. If you hesitate, regenerate Friday. Hesitation is the comment section noticing.
One chair, one distance
A sudden full-body shot after a month of waist-up feels like a different show even when the face matches. Keep the framing in the family.
Do not mix generators' defaults
A default "presenter" from a new prompt is a new hire. The prompt has to include the locked reference, or you are rolling dice.
A worked example
Monday and Friday: same part in the hair, same chair, same mic. Friday adds a jacket. A still that lost the hair part was rejected before render.
