Your Voice and an Avatar
A reel can use your voice and an avatar if the avatar stays the same person and you do not pretend the avatar is a customer.

You can make a reel that uses your voice and an avatar by locking one face and speaking in your own words. The avatar is the on-camera person. The voice is you, recorded or cloned from you. Say that plainly if someone could think the avatar is a real customer or a real celebrity. Do not borrow either.
One avatar
The account's face is a decision. A new avatar for a new topic resets trust. Clothes can change. Identity cannot.
Words you would say
Play the voice next to the avatar. If the phrasing is a brochure, rewrite. The mismatch is what makes the reel feel synthetic in a bad way.
Disclose the realistic parts
A realistic face and a realistic voice fall under Instagram's label rules. Turn the labels on. A cartoon avatar is a different case, but a photoreal host is not.
A worked example
Your recorded line: "We stopped rush fees." The same avatar as last month says it, captions on, profile marked as AI-generated. No customer quote is invented.
Before you post
- The avatar matches last month.
- The words sound like you.
- A photoreal host is labeled.
Where Scro fits
Scro locks that avatar's face, uses your recording or a clone in 21 languages, and captions the line. Approve the still, label the realistic reel, export 9:16.
Pair the voice with one host. Finished samples are on the examples page.
