Founder Update Reel Off Camera
A founder update can stay off camera. One number or one decision, a picture of it, and a host or a diagram to say it.

A founder update reel does not need the founder on camera. It needs one update: a decision, a date, or a number you are willing to say in public. A host or a simple explainer can deliver it. A life story is not an update. People came for the change.
One update
"We ship on Thursdays now" is an update. The origin of the company is not. If you have three updates, pick the one that changes a customer's behaviour.
Show proof
A calendar, a door sign, a single price card. The picture is the update. A host only saying it, with no picture, is a status message.
Keep the founder's face out on purpose
Do not half-enter the frame. Either you are the host or you are absent. Half a jaw at the edge looks like a mistake.
A worked example
Update: "No rush fees after noon." Host says it once. Picture of the booking sheet with the afternoon closed. Founder not in frame. Twenty seconds.
Before you post
- One update only.
- A picture proves it.
- The founder is fully in or fully out.
Where Scro fits
Scro's locked host can deliver the line in your voice or a clone, with captions. Approve the still and the proof picture. Export 9:16.
Say the update through a host. Finished samples are on the examples page.
